The M100 merges contactor switching and overload protection into one device, helping to reduce panel footprint and simplify installation. At just 22.5 mm wide for a 9 A rating, it delivers powerful performance in a compact form factor — ideal for applications where space optimisation is critical. Engineered for flexibility, the M100 allows zero side-by-side stacking up to 55 °C, enabling dense configurations without derating and making it well-suited for modern control panels where efficiency and thermal management are top priorities.

Using Point-On-Wave (POW) switching technology, the M100 intelligently times contact opening and closing with the electrical waveform. This reduces inrush current and electrical stress, extending component life and minimising maintenance — all while improving energy efficiency and operational reliability.

Built-in protection features include electronic overload protection (Class 10), phase loss and imbalance detection, contact weld and miswiring detection, remote reset options, and front-panel status LEDs for clear diagnostics. These features simplify commissioning, reduce troubleshooting time, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Safety-enabled variants include Safe Torque Off (STO) functionality, certified up to SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and PLe (ISO 13849-1). The integrated STO function allows machine builders to meet stringent safety requirements without additional external components — delivering both space savings and functional safety assurance.

Available in Direct-On-Line (DOL), reversing, and safety configurations, the M100 supports 24 V DC control and offers removable push-in or screw terminal blocks for fast wiring and commissioning. It also integrates seamlessly with Allen-Bradley intelligent motor control architectures, enabling smarter connectivity and monitoring across automation systems.

The M100 is ideal for a wide range of fixed-speed motor applications, including conveyors, pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, and general industrial machinery.
