Switchboard Solutions
Why NHP Switchboard Solutions
NHP sources the best Industrial and Automation products from around the world for the Australian and New Zealand markets, and our Switchboard Solutions are no different.
Partnering with Local Switchboard Builders, NHP Supply:
- CUBIC Modular Switchboard System with integrated Busbar
- Terasaki Circuit Breakers
- Socomec Load Break Switches, Transfer Switches and Fuse Switches

Standards
These three supply line products integrate to form a complete, tested, and verified Switchboard Solution to ASNZS61439 (And ASNZS3439) standards.
CUBIC Switchboards Systems are used worldwide

The CUBIC modular system is based on a concept of standard modules for the construction of electrical panels. Using relatively few standard parts, it is possible to construct a bespoke enclosure from a range of standard components.
The system is fully documented and is supplied as a flat-pack worldwide to panel builders, who construct and offer complete panel systems. All panel builders have gone through extensive training/education to ensure a high and uniform quality level all over the world on panel systems enclosed with the CUBIC modular system.
Training and Support
It is a surprise to many people that there is no formal training required to become a switchboard builder in Australia and New Zealand or anyway worldwide, so to ensure CUBIC standards and quality is maintained, CUBIC have taken an initiative making it mandatory for all Switchboard Builders using their System to complete a 5 day Global training course.
NHP have technical personnel trained by CUBIC to run these Global training courses in Australia and New Zealand to assist Switchboards Building Partners with designs, standards, verification, building and integration with electrical components.

Training
NHP provides training all across Australia and New Zealand. This ensures switchboard manufacturers follow best assembly practices and CUBIC guidelines when using the modular system.
For the different CUBIC accreditation systems, you must have:
Easy Start Course:
- Applicant must have experience in the electrical industry.
System Builder Course:
- Applicant must have several years of experience in the electrical industry with specific knowledge of AS/NZS 61439. Applicants must agree to their eligibility being verified by NHP. And agree to abide by the CUBIC Partnership agreement.
Additional Modules:
- Applicant must be an existing Accredited System Builder Certificate Holder.
Contact us and you will then be contacted and invited to of the next training session in your area.
NHP will review accreditation annually and reserves the right to withdraw certification without notice.
Following training, support will be available at any time via NHP staff at the State office level. Depending on the level of accreditation support would be minimal, due to the high level of independence.
