IO On Machine

The ArmorBlock® family is a hardened I/O product suitable for On-Machine™ use. Water-resistant and corrosion-proof, it can be mounted directly on a machine (without a control cabinet), reducing installation and operating costs. It can also be mounted close to sensors and actuators to provide shorter cable runs and reduced wiring costs for many industrial applications. The family comprises three subcategories: the ArmorBlock® I/O 1732D/E, 1732 ArmorBlock® Guard I/O™, and the new ArmorBlock® 5000. The ArmorBlock® 5000 I/O blocks with IO-Link technology offer scalability that will help reduce total installation time, cost, and unplanned downtime.
