The investment you make in your machines goes well beyond the initial purchase. If things go wrong, it can cost you time, money and have an ongoing impact on the success of your business. To maintain productivity and keep costs down, it’s important to invest in the right AC drives to protect your motors.
NHP’s Allen-Bradley® PowerFlex® 755T drives provide harmonic mitigation, regeneration and common bus solutions that help reduce energy costs, add flexibility and increase productivity. They are also the first drives to offer TotalFORCE™ technology which uses several patented features that were developed to help optimise your system.
The drives also offer the advantage of a modular design for fast and easy installation and maintenance, so they can easily be removed and serviced. The drives can be wired just once as power wiring can stay connected while a unit is rolled out for repair.
The PowerFlex® 755TL drives use active front end technology to provide harmonic mitigation and power factor correction to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy costs and minimise power distribution issues.
The PowerFlex® 755TR drives feature built-in regeneration capability to decrease energy consumption by delivering regenerative energy from motors back to the incoming supply, eliminating the need for braking resistors and associated cooling equipment, and helping avoid wasteful dissipation of energy.
The PowerFlex® 755TM drives allow you to select from a series of predesigned configurations for common bus supplies and common bus inverters to optimise your system design and power consumption.
Control solutions provide additional flexibility with simultaneous real-time control, configuration and data acquisition for your intelligent motor control application.
NHP’s Allen-Bradley® E300™ Electronic Overload Relay with integrated I/O utilises advanced technology for overload protection. Its modular design, communication options, diagnostic information and simplified wiring make this the ideal overload for motor control applications in an automation system.
The E300™ relay offers smart motor control with EtherNet/IP or DeviceNet connectivity allowing users to easily commission, control, and monitor motor performance. Integration with Logix technology reduces engineering and project management time, and the Automatic Device Configuration functionality reduces time to repair.
The E300™ relay is a scalable solution that allow users to select the specific sensing, I/O and interface capabilities to tailor the electronic overload for your specific application needs and it complements the Allen-Bradley® SMC-50 soft starters and PowerFlex® drives from Rockwell Automation’s Smart Motor Control products portfolio.
