An important element of our technical support strategy is to provide you with all the information you need, in precisely the format and the detail required. Our comprehensive library of hardcopy catalogues, coupled with our innovative and interactive electronic product catalogue provide the optimal product information source. Locally produced and maintained, NHP product catalogues and documentation are the first step in NHP's whole-of-life technical support program.
Pre-sales product technical support
In the formative concept design stages, NHP provides
comprehensive technical pre-sales support, advising
you of the options available from our wide selection
of products. Concept designs can be reviewed, budget
costing developed, and in some cases, on-site studies
completed to support your final selection process.
NHP product technical support
All NHP products are supported and maintained by qualified product managers with extensive specialist experience. During the detailed design phase, our technical support team is on-hand to advise you on product application and assist, where required, with detailed design issues. Our team of technical assistants can also advise on unique applications, drawing from a broad library of application notes and our partners' global application experience.

During the project commissioning phase, which is often the most important and costly phase of a project's implementation – the NHP technical support team is on-hand, we'll provide, where required, the additional information and application advice necessary to smooth out any wrinkles in the commissioning process.

NHP provides a '24/7' customer support service, powered by a 350+ strong Australasian team of experienced sales and technical support staff, who are technically trained to provide round-the-clock technical support. Whether you're simply placing an order, or enquiring about a particular product, NHP is on call, day and night.

Distribution and Manufacturing Centre

NHP’s Distribution and Manufacturing Centre is located in Melbourne’s industrial precinct of Laverton, close to the city’s main airport and sea freight terminals, ensuring speedy deliveries and dispatch.
The 12,000m² facility is supported by impressive inventory management technologies and state-of-the-art warehousing, dispatching hundreds of units each day for delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Orders released for picking before 3.00 pm are dispatched the same day where possible, next day delivery anywhere in Australia if required.
The Supply Chain team strives to achieve greater than 100% customer service based on ‘in full, on time, first time’ measurement.

Branch Office Network
Our 22 branch offices are distributed across all states and territories across Australia and New Zealand. Each branch office provides a ‘mini-HQ’ in profile, with extensive local stock warehousing, a technical support team, in-house training facilities and personnel, a fully equipped workshop for product development and customisation – everything that is required to support customers’ local and immediate requirements.
Regional Representative Network
Complementing our branch offices, NHP’s 27 regional representatives extend our knowledge and customer support to areas beyond the reach of our branch offices. Our fully trained and experienced regional technical staff carry stock of most of NHP’s leading brands, as well as providing vital customer support in the most remote locations.
