Under the Green Star Office Design V3 Framework it is a conditional requirement that the base building achieves a minimum predicted rating of four stars using the NABERS Energy Rating System (formally ABGR scheme).
The NABERS Energy Rating System is designed to allow building owners, managers and tenants to benchmark greenhouse performance and gain market recognition for their performance.
The following two projects, involving NHP Electrical Engineering and Stowe Australia, have the metering and reporting infrastructure in place, to assist in meeting the NABERS energy requirements.
