Employee Development

NHP is committed to supporting the development of its people via a mix of on-the-job and external training. NHP external development training is generally conducted through Box Hill Institute of TAFE, Victoria University/TAFE, Melbourne Business School and Sydney University.  However, should you be part way through a certificate, degree or masters course with another education group and the skills and knowledge gained will be beneficial to NHP, the Company will consider providing you with financial support to complete your studies.
