Combat aging assets with exclusive ‘Arc Killer’ Technology

Take aging assets and equipment, for example. When it comes to the Defence industry this is an all too real proposition with many substation designs including aging assets and equipment – and that puts personnel emergency power as well as all other control and communication equipment at risk.

To combat the topic of aging switchgear which heightens the risk of arc faults, the ‘Arc Killer’ exclusively from NHP protects Medium Voltage switchgear from internal arc damage and allows fast restoration of switchgear avoiding long downtime and huge financial loss. It also ensures the highest level of operator safety in the unlikely event of an internal arc fault, going beyond requirements of the Australian standards.

Understanding the risks of obsolescence switchgear, solutions and preventative methods are highly importantant, so to further address any concerns is the below Technical News.
