Rockwell Automation on the Move: Safety Automation Forum 2012

13 January 2012 by NHP

NHP are pleased to announce that the Rockwell Automation on the Move travelling industry event which will be running from March to June at locations around Australia, will be featuring a comprehensive Safety Automation Forum - highlighting leading machine safety automation applications.

Rockwell Automation has a well-established reputation for helping manufacturers improve productivity and as one of the world’s largest safety system providers. By understanding global safety standards and practices for manufacturing applications, both Rockwell Automation and NHP, as an authorised distributor in our designated areas of Australia, form a leading partnership that can help organisations achieve both operational excellence and a safe work environment.

Labelled as ‘an event within an event’, the Safety Automation Forum will showcase machine process and electrical safety techniques from leading industry safety experts.

“Those in the manufacturing industry interested in learning how to help further protect personnel and equipment - all while still improving productivity - can gain valuable insight from industry specialists and peers”, offered an enthusiastic Gary Milburn, Product Manager – Safety, Rockwell Automation.

Key benefits of this Forum will be to share best practices to help increase worker safety, improve business performance, foster a safety-orientated company-wide culture, and meet compliance with global standards. Visitors will hear from industry experts on why implementing and deploying a safety solution is important. The Safety Automation Forum comprises a series of informative sessions held over the day each of which will challenge the audience to look at safety in a different way. And admission is free!

The Safety Automation Forum will be featured daily during the Melbourne Rockwell Automation on the Move event held in conjunction with NHP. The two day event will be held at Melbourne Park Function Centre on March 6-7, 2012. Admission is free and lunch will be provided for registered attendees. Rockwell Automation on the Move will then progress to Brisbane (22-23 May) and Perth (6-7 June).
