Sales Cadets will join our sales team and undergo training that will equip them with the skills to pursue a successful career in industrial sales.  They will gain broad skills from working across different departments of NHP including; supply chain, workshop, products, engineering, internal sales, estimating, field sales and marketing. Demonstration of our values, as well as hard work, and fun are all emphasised within the Sales team, and all cadets will be equipped with a tool of trade vehicle, as well as essential communication tools such as iPhone and iPad.

After the Cadetship

Progress out of the Sales Cadetship program usually takes around 18 months.

Completing the Cadetship will open the door to a number of opportunities within NHP, including Sales, Application Engineering, Project Management, and Product Management.
