At NHP we recruit Electrical Engineers, Electronics Engineers, and Mechatronics Engineers at graduate level into our Product Management & Support and Development Engineering teams. Opportunities can arise at any time of the year as we do not have a set date for graduate “intake”.
The graduate development program runs over 18-24 months.
Graduates will enter a team environment and become involved in both technical and project work, giving them practical application to the engineering concepts studied at University.
Graduates will be provided with on-the-job and skills based training, and will have the opportunity to learn about product development, testing, product support and product management. Throughout the program they will be exposed to all of our key application categories -
…and in most cases they will become specialized in one of those areas. They will have the opportunity to learn about product development, testing, product technical support and product management. Graduates will also develop their commercial understanding through relevant exposure to the Sales & Operations side of the business.

Following the completion of the graduate program, Graduates can seek to move into many professional positions including Product Engineer, Product Manager, Service Engineer, or Applications Engineer.
