There are a wide variety of operator consoles available from Spohn & Burkhardt that cover many applications, a typical example would include overhead gantry and tower cranes. Designed to suit the operators we can tailor build a console with erogomic seats and fully electric positional control to your specification. Consoles can be used as a stand alone fixed to floor unit, or fitted with 360 degree full rotation.

Joystick Controllers

NHP manufacture a large range of industrial controllers ranging from 2 - 25 amp to suit AC and DC applications. Flexibility is the key with this product as NHP configure the controller to your specification here in Melbourne. We offer a very short lead time and facilitate a repair service for existing controllers.

Foot Switches

Spohn & Burkhardt foot controllers are available in single action, one step or two step models. Other options include dual action one step and two step models. Foot switches can be fitted with potentiometer for applications such as variable speed control of a motor.

Accessories

With joystick controllers we understand that operators do have their own preference to the typeof handle they prefer to use, some like the standard flush cap type, others like T-bar, dead man, ball and pistol grip handle. In addition to attachment of normally open contacts (you decide when and where contacts close in relationship to handle position) this range can accomodate potentiometer and encoders.

Whilst we cannot carry every controller range, we can source many other controllers that suit specific applications, such as CAN open and voltage interface and all of these can be brought in very quickly to Australia from Germany.
